My journey with pilates began in my teenage years, shaped by a background in ballet and gymnastics. For a long time, it was a personal practice I returned to for strength, control, and familiarity.
Living in Sydney shifted that perspective. I experienced a more social side of movement, where fitness was not just exercise, but part of a lifestyle. It changed how I thought about living well, and introduced me to a community built around shared habits and interests.
I founded Embodi Club in February 2026, a social pilates concept designed to bring people together through movement. The idea was inspired by the pop-up culture I was drawn to while living in New York City. What started as something small has grown into a series of sold-out curated events. Each one is designed with intention, creating space for culture, conversation, and a more considered way of gathering.
I continue to train with leading instructors internationally, from Sydney to Tokyo to Singapore. Today, I teach across studios, private sessions, and brand collaborations.
My approach to pilates is grounded and thoughtful. I focus on how movement feels, not just how it looks, while creating experiences that are both refined and welcoming.
